Tony GeraghtyCommercial Director

Tony Geraghty joined the ShareRidge team in 2009 as the company’s Senior Quantity Surveyor. As the company progressed and departments expanded, additional resources were added to the group. Tony is now ShareRidge’s Commercial Director and oversees several teams, whose duties span a variety of departments within the organisation. He has over 15 years’ experience in the industry and is a great team leader.

Joan HanrahanFinancial Director

Joan joined the ShareRidge Group in 2012 as Financial Controller and has since progressed to Financial Director. After completing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in finance in NUI Maynooth, Joan obtained her ACCA and AITI qualifications, while working in both industry and practice. With over 20 years’ experience Joan has overall responsibility for the finance function within the ShareRidge Group.

Siarhei NemichOperations Director

Siarhei joined the ShareRidge team in 2008 as a Site Agent and through his involvement with some major engineering projects nationwide, he progressed to the role of Contracts Manager. In 2017 Siarhei was appointed Operations Director. Siarhei directs and co-ordinates the internal structure of the ShareRidge Group, based on company policies, goals and objectives to ensure an efficient working environment. Siarhei also ensures deadlines are consistently met.
